ZYCoat ZyClear is the game changing, high-temperature gloss technology clear coating formulated for the automotive industry. This single component, liquid, thin-film coating protects engine and exhaust components from damaging corrosion, while increasing aesthetics under the hood. ZyClear is spray applied or wiped on, requiring a layer only 4-6 microns thick. It's the first high-temp, medium-gloss clear coating designed specifically for the harsh underhood engine environment. Available in three sizes. (236 mL) bottle covers 184 sq. ft. of surface area and will treat multiple sets of long tube headers and additional components.

It can be used as standalone coating for headers, manifolds, exhaust, and turbos … or it may be applied as a base coat for ZyCor color coats. Like KBS RustSeal, BlackTop dries to a rock-hard, yet flexible coating that can be applied to your chassis, coil springs, and lightweight panels. It's high-heat resistant and can be used on most automotive applications, except for exhaust systems. Choose from satin black and gloss black finishes.
