These decorative covers are placed over the top of pushrod tubes, essentially acting as a cosmetic cap while still allowing access to adjust the pushrods when needed. The OE-style replacements are machined from aluminum and factory specs to ensure proper fit, appearance, and performance.

S&S Cycle offers gear cover pinion shaft bushings for a variety of applications, including many Harley-Davidson© street bikes from the 1970s, '80s, and '90s. These small, cylindrical components fit inside a housing on a gear cover, designed to support and reduce friction on the rotating pinion shaft within a gear assembly. Essentially, they act as a bearing to allow the pinion shaft to turn smoothly within the gear cover while minimizing wear and tear on the surrounding parts. The bronze replacements are machined to factory specifications to ensure proper fitment and long-lasting performance.
