At the heart of this giant lies a massive 4985 1250KV brushless motor paired with a 160Amp electronic speed controller (ESC). This monstrous motor and powerful ESC each have their own electric fan for consistent cooling. Power is nothing without control, and this massive 1:5 scale RC monster truck will shock you with its agile driving characteristics. The Vigilante's 4-wheel independent suspension allows this gargantuan to barrel over obstacles, glide over bumps, and land jumps without skipping a beat. The four 24mm oil-filled coil-over shocks are completely adjustable and include external limiter straps so the driver can limit suspension travel without disassembling each shock and adding spacers. Simply adjust the limiter straps, to the ride height you want, and continue bashing. The Vigilante RC Truck also includes a 70kg metal gear digital steering servo, with a bearing supported servo horn for added durability and control. Off-road domination is made possible by the Vigilante's rugged construction and advanced drivetrain and features a heavy-duty center differential, with splined outputs, for controlled maneuverability and tight cornering. All three of the Vigilante's front, center, and rear differentials are tunable with different viscosity fluids, to match your preferred driving style. The heavy-duty transmission utilizes a compound reduction gear, and the driveline is fully protected with durable injection molded plastic guards. The Vigilante is made from a plastic composite that was formulated to ensure superior handling and lasting durability and features a high ground clearance, heavy-duty chassis that incorporates four metal upper support braces. Sporting massive 8 in. x 3.7 in. open lug off-road tires, mounted on satin chrome wheels, this beast spits out an impressive rooster tail of dirt and debris. Not only does the Vigilante deliver with its performance, but it also looks the part with its classic 80's styling. There are many fellow RC enthusiasts running their 1:10 scale vehicles at the local RC park. You prepare the Chimera for its starting sequence by pushing the primer bulb a few times and rotating the choke lever. A tug of the starter cord brings the monstrous 30cc HY 2-stroke gasoline engine to life. An angry growl bellows through the surrounding trees as the Chimera exhales through its chrome plated performance tuned exhaust pipe. The other RC vehicles roll to a halt, as their drivers peer in your direction. You burp the throttle as if the beast is taunting its prey. Anticipation builds as you get ready to unleash the Rampage!
