OEM-specified Permatex high-temperature sleeve retainer compound is an anaerobic adhesive that secures slip and press-fit assemblies, adding up to 3,000 psi holding power. It's great for restoring worn or out-of-tolerance assemblies. You'll also find this adhesive useful on retaining bushings, cup plugs, gears, dowel pins, oil seals, ring gear bolts, idler shafts, and press-fit bearings.
