Red Line MT-90 transmission gear oil is designed to provide excellent protection and improved shiftability for manual transmissions and transaxles. Popular in Nissan, Toyota, and Mazda manual transmissions and transaxles, as well as other selected applications, this is a 75W90 GL-4 gear oil that's slightly heavier than MTL. Red Line GL-5 gear oil has been engineered to provide the highest degree of protection and improvement of your differential efficiency. Formerly Lightweight gear oil, this new formula contains additional friction modifiers for suitability with clutch-type limited slip differentials, and for most, no additional friction modifiers would be required.
