Eton Elite Executive AM/FM/LW/SW Portable Radios

Eton Elite Executive AM/FM/LW/SW Portable Radios receive every wavelength on the radio spectrum, including AM (520-1710kHz), FM (87.5-108 MHz), longwave (150-285 kHz), medium and shortwave (1.711-29.999 MHz), Single Sideband (SSB) and the VHF aircraft band (118-137 MHz) and features a PLL tuner that ensures that you're receiving a clear AM signal. The Elite Executive Radio supports Radio Data System for FM and will display information such as the stations call letters, music genre, song title, artist and more. The built-in Sync Detector improves sound quality by lowering distortion and fading. A 31-inch, telescoping antenna and internal ferrite rod antenna are included for AM and longwave reception. A 3.5mm jack on the side of the enclosure will accommodate the connection of an external antenna. The DX/Local switch reduces front-end gain to avoid overload when using an external antenna. The Elite Executive features local and world time zone settings and many popular features such as an alarm clock with a radio or buzzer alarm and a sleep timer. Flexible memory features allow you to copy and paste memory contents from one memory slot to another and to assign alphanumeric labels to each memory slot. With 700 station presets, you'll have plenty of room to store all your favorites! Choose to listen to your favorite station from the built-in 2-inch speaker or plug in a set of headphones or earbuds for private listening in stereo. A separate 3.5mm Line In/Out jack provides a fixed, line-level audio output for recording and allows for routing audio to a separate amplifier system. This Line in/Out jack also serves to allow audio-in to the radio for listening through its internal speaker. Power options for the Elite Executive include four AA alkaline or Ni-MH batteries or use the included AC adapter/charger. When connected, the AC adapter will recharge Ni-MH batteries when installed in the radio (batteries not included). The battery strength indicator on the LCD display will let you know when it's time to recharge. The Eton Elite Executive radios come with a well-designed leather case that is perfect for traveling or casual listening at home. The case will fold open to function as a stand when in use.
