Significantly boost the output of Morimoto XB Evo or XB Evo hybrid headlights with simple bolt-on supercharged power upgrades. Designed as a direct replacement for the standard LED drivers, these are an easy swap on the back of the headlight housings. While standard drivers are under-powering the LED projectors to keep output DOT compliant, the supercharged drivers unlock the real potential of your headlights, all without any risk to reliability or the warranty. (Because of the increase in brightness, they are not road legal in the US. Off-road use only!) Morimoto 4Banger HXB LED Wide Beam Lights
Morimoto 4Banger HXB LED Wide Beam Lights illuminate the ground directly in front of the vehicle. The HXB Optics feature dual axis control—1) for width; and 2) active hot spot control, to project peak intensity right along the top of the beam pattern. The proper vertical gradient resembles an SAE-compliant fog light pattern, but with added intensity throughout thanks to the Osram HX Boost LEDs. The 4Banger HXB Wide beam delivers the best combination of width, intensity, and control—making it the most effective off-road LED fog light in the world. The overall footprint of the 4Banger HXB is approximately 30 percent smaller than alternatives that offer comparable performance. This allows for an unbeatable OEM+ like fitment when paired with Morimoto's fog light or A-Pillar mounting kits, which are available for today's most popular trucks. Don't be that guy with LED pods bulging out of your bumper. * PERFORMANCE: There are no "off the shelf" guts inside of a fancy housing here. Every element of the 4Banger HXB is proprietary. LucidShape was used to optimize performance around the most modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Osram. Thermal dynamics have been optimized using SolidWorks. The 4Banger HXB is available with three industry-leading beam patterns to suit every need: Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo. * ALL WEATHER: The white-output version is ideal for all-around visibility. Built with powdercoated cast aluminum housings and UV-treated polycarbonate lenses, the heart of these headlights is powered with high-quality Nichia LEDs. In low beam, the LEDs are paired with Morimoto's advanced Kuria Optic projector lens array to efficiently distribute 2,400 lumens on the road in a properly LHD-stepped beam pattern. In high beam mode, the Sealed4 illuminates an extra set of optics, upping the overall output to 4,300 mosquito-melting lumens. Morimoto Sealed4 Bi-LED headlights come standard with H4 3-pin male inputs and should be plug-and-play on most classic cars/trucks.

JUST WHEN YOU THINK: You've done your research and come across every last option in the 5x7 in. sealed beam LED market, these should catch your attention. While it's true there's only so many ways you can package a set of low and high beam LED-based optics into a small rectangular headlight, Morimoto's Sealed5 Bi-LED headlight conversions pull it off in the most functional and attractive setup possible. OUTPUT: In low beam mode, Nichia NCSW170C Series LEDs, paired with Morimoto's advanced Kuria Optic projector lens array, efficiently distributes 2400 lumens on the road in a properly LHD-stepped beam pattern. In high beam mode, the Sealed5 illuminates an extra set of optics, upping the overall output to 4300 mosquito-melting lumens there. DRL / SWITCHBACK: The quad-optic setup has three functions: 1) High-intensity white daytime running light. 2) Low-intensity white parking light, and 3) High-intensity amber turn signal. The switchback setup on the turn signal will automatically interrupt the white DRL, flash, and then return to white once the signal stops. The 3-wire DRL/Signal input makes setup easy. If you don't care for the DRL or turn signals, they do not have to be wired in. QUALITY: No expense was spared when designing the Sealed5. The heart of the headlight is powered with high-quality LEDs from Nichia-Japan and Philips-Lumileds. These aren't cheap emitters to begin with. Your classic car has already withstood the test of time and the UV-coated polycarbonate lens will take another couple decades worth of abuse without fading. You can feel the precision in the heavy-duty diecast housings that double as a heat-sink. A special PWM LED driver resides inside of the headlight to keep the LEDs running at their peak intensity, even during prolonged periods of use. 5X7 in. STANDARD: Designed to replace all 5x7 in. rectangular headlights, these are cross-compatible with other sizes commonly known as H5054, H6054, or HP6054.
