Heatshield Products License Plate Shields

Heatshield Products License Plate Shields are anti-scratch pads that protect paint on new cars and custom builds from scratching and rattling. A loose and rattling license plate can cause scratches on the paint or chrome of your vehicle. Prevent scratches and eliminate rattling with these innovative license plate shields. Made from a proprietary 0.15 in. thick foam, the shields are weather- and UV-resistant. Installing Your License Plate Shield: To install your license plate anti-rattle shield and start protecting your vehicle, you will need to remove the license plate with a screwdriver, clean the surface of the plate and your car with appropriate degreasers, and dry them to remove any residue. Once completely dry, fit the license plate shield to your vehicle, taking care not to cover the holes where the screws will go. Then, screw the license plate back onto your vehicle. You might also wish to wax the paint on your car before returning the license plate to its place.
