NGK NTK Automatic Transmission Speed Sensors

NGK Spark Plugs offers NTK automatic transmission speed sensors for a wide range of applications. They measure the rotational speed of the transmission shafts. Input and output transmission speed are monitored and relayed to the engine control module or transmission control module by either an analog or digital signal for proper shift points, speedometer operation and transmission diagnostics. Reasons for replacement include check engine light illumination, poor or erratic shifting, and no or erratic speedometer operation. Additional details: * The NTK Difference: High-strength thermoplastic is resistant to temperature, moisture and chemicals. A pre-installed O-ring precisely matches OE material and diameter for ease of installation and superior sealing. * OE match: Sensors are manufactured to operational performance standards to meet or exceed OE fit, form and function to ensure proper monitoring of the transmission's speed.
