RaceChip RX range extenders allow you to experience ultimate driving pleasure and unlock additional range for your electric vehicle. These innovative products make it easier to handle your electric vehicle in everyday life with improved responsiveness, up to 10 percent more range, three individual driving modes, and easy installation. RaceChip RX is a plug and play "brainbox" that attaches between the accelerator pedal sensor and the engine control unit to optimize characteristic curves according to the driving mode selected. RX is controlled through the RaceChip app via your smartphone's Bluetooth or through the optional controller. Signals emitted by the accelerator pedal sensor are adjusted via specially tuned characteristic curves, resulting in a more linear torque demand on the electric motor and increased energy recovery when the accelerator pedal is released. As a result, less energy is lost, and energy recovery is improved during braking; the same battery capacity will cover a longer distance. After mounting and connecting the "brainbox", set up the RaceChip+ app to control the RX, and you're ready to go. RaceChip RX with app control is available with or without RX controller. Select the range extender designed for your EV. RX range extender components: * Brainbox--compact low-height design makes it easy to store and fix in the footwell of your vehicle without impacting driver's legroom. It can be mounted in other locations, such as in existing bays or slots, as well as on smooth surfaces in the vehicle * App control-- lets you choose between the three individual driving modes and adapt the RX to your personal driving style with the touch of a finger using your smartphone * Three driving modes: -- Sport-- Improves responsiveness and enhances driving pleasure. Experience sportier driving behavior and better acceleration in sport mode. -- Comfort-- Adjust the pedal response to your personal driving style and enjoy a higher level of driving comfort. -- Eco- Improve your CO2 footprint. More range and fewer charging stops save money and the environment by saving power and money. * Optional controller--wireless and equipped with a high-quality 1.7 in. LCD touch display allows seamless control of the RaceChip RX directly from the dash. It can be mounted anywhere inside the vehicle's interior, depending on your operating habits or preferences. Compact, elegant design blends perfectly with your vehicle's aesthetics.

Denso air/fuel ratio sensors (A/F sensors) were developed to measure air-to-fuel ratios under a wider range of driving conditions than oxygen sensors. A/F sensors, also known as wide-band oxygen sensors, send information to the engine management computer to make adjustments based on driving conditions. Their wider range and variable adjustments allow engines to burn fuel more efficiently and produce fewer emissions. As A/F sensor technology has evolved, Denso has been there every step of the way. From the first thimble-type sensors to today's heated, quick-response sensors required to meet ever more stringent emissions regulations, Denso has supplied OEMs with quality components and continues to innovate. Denso helped to develop this important technology and you can rely on Denso First Time Fit A/F sensors. Features and benefits of Denso air/fuel ratio sensors include: * Tarnish-proof platinum electrode provides longer life and maintains accuracy * Quick-response planar zirconia element quickly detects oxygen concentration * Measures air/fuel ratios from approximately 12:1 to 19:1 * Increased performance by mapping air/fuel ratios throughout the RPM range * Lower emissions by optimizing the air/fuel mixture * Reduces fuel consumption and maximizes catalytic converter life * First Time Fit design delivers the right part the first time

Oxygen sensors, also known as Lambda sensors or O2 sensors, are among the most sensitive and critical components on your car's engine. They monitor the air/fuel mixture under idle, moderate acceleration, and cruise conditions. Oxygen sensors have a smaller range of limits in detecting and adjusting the difference from an optimum air/fuel ratio than the newer wide range air/fuel sensors (A/F sensors). Today's engines may use as many as four oxygen sensors to monitor exhaust gas oxygen content and catalytic converter efficiency. In order to perform these functions properly, Denso oxygen sensors adhere to strict OE standards within incredibly close tolerances. A malfunctioning or incorrectly calibrated oxygen sensor can hurt drivability and illuminate the check engine light, resulting in costly and time-consuming repairs. Denso First Time Fit oxygen sensors are designed to meet those tolerances and more. Key features and benefits of Denso Oxygen Sensors include: * Robotic laser welds * Porous PTFE filters block efficiency-robbing contaminants * Double-protection covers maintain proper temperature for quicker response times and protect ceramic elements from silicone and lead fouling * Rugged, watertight stainless steel housings resist corrosion and contamination * Aluminum oxide trap layers keep silicone and lead out, preventing damage to the platinum electrode * Refined zirconia elements improves sensor response * Superior design maximizes engine performance while reducing fuel consumption and harmful emissions * First Time Fit design delivers the right part the first time

Dorman ABS speed sensors are designed to supply information regarding wheel speed to the ABS computer. One of the most common omissions in maintaining a modern anti-lock brake system (ABS) is checking out the speed sensors. They are often located at each wheel hub/rotor on 4-wheel disc systems. Alternatively, on rear drum applications, you'll usually find them mounted on the differential housing. Under braking, if wheel speeds are unequal, indicating wheel lockup, the computer modulates the anti-lock feature until the speeds are equal again.

These Standard Motor Products replacement crankshaft position sensors are designed to send a signal to the ECM to determine engine rpm, crankshaft position, and engine misfire. They consist of a permanent magnet, yoke, and coil. The Standard Motor Products replacement crankshaft position sensors are mounted close to a tooth gear. As each tooth moves by the sensor, AC voltage pulses are inducted into the coil. Each tooth produces a pulse; as the gear rotates faster, there are more pulses produced. The ECM then determines the speed at which the component is revolving, based on the number of pulses. Therefore, the number of pulses in one second is the signal frequency. If you're experiencing crankshaft position sensor failure, try one of these Standard Motor Products replacement crankshaft position sensors.
