AEM Electronics CD-7 Digital Racing Dash Displays
AEM Electronics CD-7 digital racing dash displays feature 7 in. full-color digital screens that are super bright, high contrast, and with sunlight-readable displays. To ensure visibility at all times, they also have integrated glare diffusers and shade hoods to overcome the brightest daylight conditions. The CD-7s are designed to accept channels from CAN bus connections—and two CAN bus channels are included so that they can receive and collect data from AEMnet-enabled devices. Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housing for rpm and shift light indication. You can program them to ascend in specific increments based on rpm range, and flash when it's time to shift. Brightness is also programmable on the fixed color LEDs. Two large buttons are included on the face of the display, allowing easy page changing and memory resetting—even with driving gloves on. These button functions are duplicated on the rear connector, allowing you to mount remote buttons on the steering wheel, if desired. Two additional programmable LEDs are located above the toggle buttons on the sides of the housing. AEM offers the CD-7 as "display only" (non-logging) or with built-in logger (CD-7L). Biondo Elite 625 delay boxes have the ability to directly control any V2 dial display boards. Every time you change your dial on the Elite 625, your dial display board is automatically updated, eliminating the need to enter your dial a second time on another unit. Biondo DDI 1049 ELITE Mega Panels
Biondo Racing DDI 1049 ELITE Mega switch panels bring you the same performance and reliability of the original Mega Panel with the addition of Biondo's NEW Elite Relay Board! The main differences between a standard panel and an Elite panel are: * Relays have been upgraded * The Elite Board can shift an electric or air solenoid * The Elite Board can handle 40 amps compared to standards 20 amps. The sleek and compact Switch Panel is the main part of the system and includes 6 labeled switches to control your car's most important functions. * The unique starter button and premium grade switches combine a new age design with functionality. * The ignition and fuel pump switches are dual position switches, while the fan/water pump, headlight/taillight, and aux 1/aux 2 are all three position switches. It is made to easily fit into a dragster's dash, with the overall size similar to the overall size of the conventional switch panel. * To simplify the wiring process, the Switch Panel plugs into the Elite Relay Board using the supplied heavy duty 8 ft. cable. The Elite Relay Board is the "power distribution board" and was built with durability in mind. It's capable of handling a 100 amp load with the supplied 6-gauge wire that connects from the high current connector on the Board to the master cutoff switch. It also includes dedicated relays for each switch, with each relay including its own status indicator light to let you know which circuit is on, and a dedicated fuse assigned to it. The Elite Relay Board can handle up to 40 amps on any output. In the very unlikely event that even more current is required, two outputs can be connected together for up to 80 amps. It also features an unswitched fused 12 V output that can handle up to 40 amps. This output is also shut down when the panic button is pressed. (The panic/emergency post on the board allows you to directly connect a "panic button" which will quickly shut off the power to the car in case of an emergency.) The Elite Relay Power Board has a Shift Output Controller that is only active when the ignition switch is on. The Shift Output Controller allows the driver to select whether to shift on time or RPM using a remotely mounted Select Switch (usually mounted on the dash). The Elite Relay Board also has three slide switches. An Output Control Switch to control whether the shift output will apply 12 V (N.O.) to shift or remove 12 V (N.C.) to shift and two Input Selector Switches used to tell the Elite Relay Board whether 12 V or ground is coming from the Shift Controllers. The relay board also includes the "Dual Select" feature which allows you to individually customize how to control each of the three position switches. For example; the switch on the Mega Panel labeled FAN / Water Pump turns on the fan and water pump in one position and the water pump in the other position. By turning on the Dual Select dip switch located on the relay board, you can change it so that the fan only is on in the fan position and the water pump only is on in the other position. The wiring kit includes enough color-coded wire, connectors, wire ties and a complete color-coded diagram to help you neatly wire a vehicle. Racepak SmartWire Kits
Racepak SmartWire kits are fully programmable power distribution modules, capable of controlling 30 outputs (on/off switching) and 12 inputs (switch-activated) on any type of 12–16 VAC systems. Fuses, relays, and solenoids are eliminated, instead controlled through solid-state switching inside the housing. Current outputs and switching inputs—along with a nearly unlimited variety of on-off switching functions—are user-programmable through the Racepak DataLink II software. Racepak SmartWire kits can operate in three different modes: * Stand Alone: Power from the battery is connected to the power stud of the SmartWire. Outputs to each device in the vehicle are connected to one of two 15-pin connectors; output currents and related requirements are programmed via connection of the SmartWire to the user's PC. Switching off and on of the devices is handled through inputs on the 15-pin connectors or optional SwitchPanel or SwitchModule. * In conjunction with Racepak V-Net sensors: Want to automatically turn on a radiator fan, but only when the water temperature is above 190 degrees? Add a Racepak V-Net water temperature sensor to the vehicle, connect it to the V-Net port of the SmartWire, and program it through use of a PC connected to the SmartWire. * In conjunction with a Racepak V-Net data logger: This allows the SmartWire to be connected to the single V-Net T cable, which transmits all sensor data to the data logger. FAST XFI Driveshaft Speed Sensor Kits
FAST XFI driveshaft speed sensor kits measure driveshaft rpm to provide more accurate data for the traction control unit. Two magnets are fitted to the collar around the pinion yoke, which attaches to the driveshaft. When one of the magnets passes the pickup, it sends a signal to the XFI unit. They then use that signal to calculate both driveshaft rpm and driveshaft acceleration. As a result, these speed sensor kits provide much more precise readings, as opposed to determining driveshaft speed solely through variable engine rpm. The data they provide is perfect for drag race applications.
