Haltech TPS adapters connect to the throttle position sensor, then sends a scaled output signal required by the ECU. These adapters are only suited for connecting to the factory cable throttle TPS. If you have upgraded to drive-by-wire, an analog output adapter (sold separately) must be used with an ECU output to generate the required throttle position sensor signal.
