FuelTech EGT-4 CAN conditioners are compatible with any Type K thermocouple (grounded junction or not). They feature a 4-channel signal conditioner with CAN bus communication for PowerFT ECUs that can be used to read EGTs, CHTs, oil, air, water or any other temperature using a Type K thermocouple. These units work as an input expander for PowerFT ECUs, freeing up four white input channels to be used for other purposes. With the possibility to use up to four EGT-4 modules in the same installation, as many as 16 different channels will be available for all sorts of data acquisition. PACKAGES AVAILABLE: * V8 / 2 units, harnesses and 8 sensors: -- with 2 harnesses -- 2 of each 42 in./36 in./30 in./24 in. Thermocouple sensors included -- Add second EGT-4 CAN unit * 6 cylinder / 2 units, harnesses and 6 sensors: -- with 2 harnesses -- 48 in./42 in./36 in./30 in./24 in./18 in. Thermocouple sensors included -- Add second EGT-4 CAN unit * 4 cylinder / harness and 4 sensors: -- with harness -- 42 in./36 in./30 in./24 in. AEM 22-channel CAN sensor modules provide a way for users with carbureted vehicles to add an AEM CD digital dash display. They also let users with existing CAN-based devices add more channels to the display for viewing and/or data logging. These 22-channel modules convert analog, digital, and frequency inputs into an AEMnet CAN bus signal that can be transmitted to AEM's CD-5 carbon and CD-7 digital dashes. AEM Electronics 22-channel CAN sensor module includes: * Wiring harness with 36 in. flying leads and pre-wired CAN cable * IP65-rated enclosure is dust-tight and water-resistant * Daisy-chain two modules together for additional channels (modules sold individually) * Four dedicated 0-5 V analog inputs * Four temperature (thermistor) inputs * Four user-configurable inputs for 0-5 V, temp (including RTD) * One dedicated fuel level input (0 to 250 ohm range) * Six digital inputs, active low, protected to about 18 V, frequency, duty cycle or simple switch * One tach input, trigger when low, 12 V internal pull up * Two VR pair frequency inputs (crank, wheel, or driveshaft speeds) * Jumper selectable CAN bus speeds, 250k, 500k, 1M * Jumper selectable terminating resistor * Jumper selectable header length, 11 bit or 29 bit

Racepak's Vehicle Network (V-Net) is a "smart data" transfer network able to transmit multiple signals from sensors over a single cable. The key to the V-Net system is the modular connectors that attach each of the devices to the main cable. For a function or component to be monitored on the V-Net, the signal from that device must pass through a sensor and its module (essentially a miniature computer) that identifies and retrieves only the proper incoming signals and allows other signals to pass through. The sensor measures the input from the function or device (i.e. rpm, pressure, temperature, etc.), while the module converts the signal so it can be transmitted over the V-Net. Racepak analog pre-programmed V-Net modules with sensors are programmed to collect specific data and are ready for plug-and-play installation on the V-Net cable. Browse through the various types to determine which functions or components you want your V-Net system to monitor.
