Dakota Digital OBD-II/CAN Interfaces

Dakota Digital OBD-II/CAN interfaces are designed to plug directly into your engine's diagnostic port, extracting transmission data from the OBD-II computer. They can output speed, rpm, and engine temperature. The interfaces decode the information supplied from the ECM and supply this information to the VFD3 rev. G, VHX and HDX control box instruments. * Module for use with Dakota Digital RTX, HDX, VHX, and VFD3 systems with a black control module.

Dakota Digital EGT/Cylinder Head Temperature Interface Modules

The Dakota Digital BIM-12-2 Exhaust Gas Temp (EGT) and Cylinder Head Temp (CHT) interface module allows for up to two temperature inputs (i.e., 2 EGT or 2 CHT; or 1 EGT and 1 CHT readings). The BIM-12-2 supersedes the BIM-12-1. The BIM-12-2 will supply this information to the VHX, HDX, RTX and VFD3 systems with a black plastic control module. (For any BIM-compatible control boxes which contain the 3.5mm headphone jack BIM input, add part number 394193 adaptor harness. Earlier instrument systems with an aluminum control module are not capable of BIM connectivity.)

Racepak Analog Pre-Programmed V-Net Modules With Sensors

Racepak's Vehicle Network (V-Net) is a "smart data" transfer network able to transmit multiple signals from sensors over a single cable. The key to the V-Net system is the modular connectors that attach each of the devices to the main cable. For a function or component to be monitored on the V-Net, the signal from that device must pass through a sensor and its module (essentially a miniature computer) that identifies and retrieves only the proper incoming signals and allows other signals to pass through. The sensor measures the input from the function or device (i.e. rpm, pressure, temperature, etc.), while the module converts the signal so it can be transmitted over the V-Net. Racepak analog pre-programmed V-Net modules with sensors are programmed to collect specific data and are ready for plug-and-play installation on the V-Net cable. Browse through the various types to determine which functions or components you want your V-Net system to monitor.

Racepak Digital Pre-Programmed V-Net No Sensors Required Modules

Racepak's Vehicle Network (V-Net) is a "smart data" transfer network able to transmit multiple signals over a single cable. Innovate SSI-4 Plus 4-Channel Interfaces

Innovate SSI-4 Plus 4-channel interfaces can be used as stand-alone devices for logging data directly into a laptop with the included LogWorks software—or used in conjunction with any other MTS (Modular Tuning System) compliant device. Channel 1 is a direct rpm input by default, and can also be configured for external 0-5 V, frequency, or spark reference for ignition timing measurement. Channels 2-4 are configured to digitize external 0-5 V analog signals by default. Channel 2 can directly measure frequencies (like driveshaft speed) or duty cycles (for injectors). Channel 3 can measure rpm from a VR (variable reluctance) sensor, and can also be set up for ignition timing crank angle reference (trigger wheels) or frequency. Input 4 defaults to digitizing external 0-5 V analog signals, but can also be configured as a frequency input. Take control of your vehicle with an Innovate SSI-4 Plus 4-channel interface.
