Innovate SSI-4 Plus 4-channel interfaces can be used as stand-alone devices for logging data directly into a laptop with the included LogWorks software—or used in conjunction with any other MTS (Modular Tuning System) compliant device. Channel 1 is a direct rpm input by default, and can also be configured for external 0-5 V, frequency, or spark reference for ignition timing measurement. Channels 2-4 are configured to digitize external 0-5 V analog signals by default. Channel 2 can directly measure frequencies (like driveshaft speed) or duty cycles (for injectors). Channel 3 can measure rpm from a VR (variable reluctance) sensor, and can also be set up for ignition timing crank angle reference (trigger wheels) or frequency. Innovate's TC-4 Plus devices are 4-channel thermocouple amplifiers for the MTS (Modular Tuning System). These data acquisition components may be used as stand-alone amplifiers for logging directly into LogWorks, or they can be used in conjunction with any other MTS-compliant device to retrieve key temperature metrics. Each of the four inputs of the TC-4 can be configured by the user for EGT range (32-1,999 degrees F; 0-1,093 degrees C) or CHT range (32-572 degrees F; 0-300 degrees C) to measure cylinder head temperatures. Holley Single-Channel EGT controllers are designed for use with a K-type thermocouple using a "mini-K" connector. The module's accurate temperature measurement range is 32-2,282 degrees F (0-1250 C), with an accuracy of +/- 5 degrees F. The module is available in two versions: either CAN 1CH EGT, which is a plug-and-play installation for compatibility with Holley EFI products, such as HP and Dominator EFI systems; or Analog module, 1CH EGT with a "flying lead" with three wires exposed for power, ground, and signal for non-Holley EFI installations. Optional accessories, such as the FAST accelerometer, EGT modules, and dual sensor air/fuel meters can all be monitored in combination with XFI-based engine data through the loggers' high-speed CAN bus. With state-of-the art monitoring and data logging capabilities, they can assemble a comprehensive, real-time picture of just what is going on under the hood of your vehicle as it screams down the drag strip. They feature a 6 in., fully programmable LCD touch-screen display and have the ability to display their data in a multitude of scales, units, and gauge configurations for your viewing convenience. The backlit display is highly visible and can be user-customized to a wide variety of configurations at the mere touch of a finger or stylus. The FAST XFI dash data loggers are engineered to work with any level of vehicle modification, from stock to all-out race. They are able to monitor and display output from a variety of different input sources, including frequency (rpm, wheel speed, etc.), analog input, and sources that require programmable input parameters, such as MAP and MAF. As data loggers, they deliver over 1 hour of data logging time with the standard 2 MB memory module; optional memory modules of up to 16 MB are available separately. They do not require immediate data downloads between drag strip runs--all of the data collected over the course of a racing event may simply be stored and then downloaded for analysis at a later time.
