Edelbrock Max-Fire Coil On Plug ignition coils are designed with higher resistance for increased energy output at higher rpm, when compared to an OEM coil. They're ideal for use with turbocharged and supercharged applications or engines that have been converted to E85 fuel. The coils are sealed with a high temperature epoxy for shock and vibration resistance—as well as excellent thermal conductivity. The spark plug spring contact is made from stainless steel, with a ferrite lug to reduce EMI/RFI noise; while the boots are molded from a high temperature silicone compound for superior heat resistance up to 550 degrees F. MSD HVC-3 Coils

The bobbin is molded from Dupont Rynite FR946 material, which has incredible dielectric capabilities at high temperatures. Designed for engines with up to 14.5:1 compression ratios, nitrous, superchargers, or turbos, FAST's HI-6R ignitions keep your ride performing all the way down the track. These fully digital, multi-spark, CD ignitions deliver higher spark-gap current than comparable digital CD ignitions.
