These Edge Comp modules maximize engine efficiency by monitoring the rpm, timing, turbo boost pressure, and fueling parameters. The modules use this information to determine and control both fueling and timing enhancements for the Bosch fuel injection pump. Timing and fueling enhancements are controlled via CAN-BUS through the Data Link and by connecting directly into the Bosch fuel injection pump. The Edge Comp modules feature five power levels with power gains ranging from 40-120 hp. Each of the five power levels has an independent 5-level adjustable responsiveness setting, providing for a total of 25 levels of adjustability! The responsiveness settings enable you to dial-in the optimum balance between responsiveness and low-boost smoke control, no matter what additional power modifications have been made to the engine. MSD Single Cylinder Programmable Ignition Boxes
These MSD single cylinder programmable ignition boxes are designed for use on a variety of single cylinder motorcycle type 2 and 4-stroke engines. They deliver increased spark energy and voltage through the entire rpm range and provides the user with a variety of programmable functions including mapping two timing curves, setting a launch rpm limit, using TPS for timing control and more. The MSD single cylinder programmable ignition boxes gives you control over the timing functions of your engine. There are two timing curves that can be switched between through wire activation. Both timing maps allow up to 20 points to be plotted in 100 rpm and 1° increments from 0 – 16,000 rpm and 0-50°. The Brown/White wire is used to switch between Curve A and B. When it is connected to ground, Curve B is selected. These curves can also be set up relative to TPS voltage input from closed throttle to Wide Open Throttle.
