Ford Performance ProCal 4 calibration delivery tools are designed for use with Ford Performance Control Packs as a diagnostic/data logging tool. The programmer also allows download/delivery of Ford calibrations and performance tunes. ProCal 4 includes a windshield mount and a cable that plugs into the OBDII port in order to communicate with your vehicle. The ProCal 4 does not ship with any calibration or tune files, and must be registered with Ford Performance Parts to download the ProCal 4 software.
