Competition Engineering battery boxes are constructed from 1/8 in. thick mild steel, have pre-punched holes for the battery cables, bolt together for an easy installation, and fit a Group 24 battery. They feature a bottom-mounting flange for a secure attachment and meet sanctioning body requirements for both battery boxes and weight boxes in cars with a rear firewall. Assembly hardware, a 3/8 in. hold-down rod, and cable-protecting grommets are included.
