Denso U-Groove Spark Plugs
Denso U-Groove spark plugs are Denso's "standard" spark plug, but they're still something special. U-Groove plugs employ a unique, channeled ground electrode designed to generate a larger spark nucleus at the point of ignition. Greater spark energy than ordinary plugs means improved flame travel, producing more complete, consistent, and efficient combustion. Denso U-Groove spark plugs are engineered for greater fuel efficiency and improved throttle response. The U-Groove ground electrode was developed to meet OEM's demands for improved ignitability and lower emissions. With the U-Groove, firing can be greatly improved without increasing the spark plug gap. The insulators are made from purified alumina providing support for the center electrode, while preventing flashover and voltage loss. The copper and glass mixture bonds the center electrode together to form a gas tight seal. Select the model and options best suited for your application.
