The crank position is measured every 10 degrees instead of every 45 degrees, like standard 4-magnet crank trigger systems. Pro-Caps to ensure accurate spark delivery, as well as to reduce spark scatter frequently experienced in high cylinder pressure applications. Jesel belt-driven distributor systems are direct bolt-on accessories to their camshaft belt drives, eliminating timing inaccuracies due to camshaft deflection and cam walk.
