Summit Racing™ offer kickdown switches for a wide range of vehicle, engine, and transmission applications. Kickdown can be used when maximum acceleration is needed, such as passing another car. When the accelerator pedal is depressed all the way to the floor (past the normal full accelerator position), the transmission will automatically engage kickdown—immediately shift down to a lower gear. These replacement switches are built to ensure performance and dependability.
