Racepak Analog Pre-Programmed V-Net Modules Without Sensors

Racepak's Vehicle Network (V-Net) is a "smart data" transfer network able to transmit multiple signals from sensors over a single cable. The key to the V-Net system is the modular connectors that attach each of the devices to the main cable. For a function or component to be monitored on the V-Net, the signal from that device must pass through a sensor and its module (essentially a miniature computer) that identifies and retrieves only the proper incoming signals and allows other signals to pass through. The sensor measures the input from the function or device (i.e. rpm, pressure, temperature, etc.), while the module converts the signal so it can be transmitted over the V-Net. Racepak analog pre-programmed V-Net modules without sensors are analog function modules that have been programmed for general use, and have not been assigned to a specific task. Use of these modules on the V-Net cable requires the addition of a sensor and configuration of the module using DatalinkII software.

Racepak Digital Pre-Programmed V-Net No Sensors Required Modules

Racepak's Vehicle Network (V-Net) is a "smart data" transfer network able to transmit multiple signals over a single cable. The V-Net system uses modular connectors that attach each of the devices to the main cable. For a function or component to be monitored on the V-Net, the signal from that device must pass through a module (essentially a miniature computer) that identifies and retrieves the proper incoming signal and allows other signals to pass through. The module converts the signal so it can be transmitted over the V-Net. Unlike most V-Net modules, these digital pre-programmed modules do not require a sensor. They use the pulse from the component they are monitoring as the signal to the module. Racepak digital pre-programmed V-Net no sensors required modules are programmed for a specific use and are ready for plug-and-play installation on a V-Net cable.

Racepak V-Net Connector Modules

Racepak V-Net connector modules are used to convert the CAN data stream into a V-Net CAN bus data stream compatible with the Racepak V-Net system. This data is then available for use with the full range of Racepak V-net devices, including on-board displays, real-time telemetry, and data-logging applications. The Racepak V-Net connector modules provide setup capability to accommodate selection of scaling units, data-logging sample rates, and even custom sensor calibration.

Innovate TC-4 Plus Thermocouple Amplifiers

Innovate's TC-4 Plus devices are 4-channel thermocouple amplifiers for the MTS (Modular Tuning System). These data acquisition components may be used as stand-alone amplifiers for logging directly into LogWorks, or they can be used in conjunction with any other MTS-compliant device to retrieve key temperature metrics. Each of the four inputs of the TC-4 can be configured by the user for EGT range (32-1,999 degrees F; 0-1,093 degrees C) or CHT range (32-572 degrees F; 0-300 degrees C) to measure cylinder head temperatures. The TC-4 Plus can also be used to measure other temperature metrics, such as the turbo inlet and outlet, catalytic converter, transmission, and more. Using the TC-4's serial ports, you can daisy-chain other Innovate devices, such as the XD-16, AuxBox (LMA-3), LC-1, DL-32, and SSI-4.

Nitrous Express Signal Synchronizers

Tired of probing your vehicle's harness for rpm, TPS, Mass Air Flow, and vehicle speed? Nitrous Express Signal Synchronizers make finding all of these signals easy, converting them into a useable format for nitrous controllers, water methanol controllers, data loggers, or any other electrical device that needs to see a PWM or 0 to 5 V signal. The TPS signal feature is especially beneficial for installing a nitrous controller in newer vehicles that do not have traditional TPS and rpm signals, and wiring a Nitrous Express Signal Synchronizer could not be easier; just plug the unit into your compatible vehicle's OBD2 port and let it go to work for you!

FAST EGT Probes

The EGT (Exhaust/Gas/Temperature) probes from FAST measure the temperature of exhaust gases to provide real-time data for optimizing engine performance, ensuring fuel efficiency, and preventing engine damage. By monitoring individual cylinders, they help identify engine issues like uneven fuel-air ratios and overheating, which can lead to costly component failures. The probes convert this temperature data into an electrical signal, which is then processed by a monitoring instrument like the FAST XFI module and a dash logger to give operators insights into engine health and performance.

Racepak Module PT2

For your data recorder to be able to monitor an analog channel it must receive a signal that it can recognize. The Racepak Module PT2 convert the analog parameters to a standard 0-5 volt signal required by the recorder. The transducer module (combination sensor and signal conditioning modules) provides direct connection to the measured parameter, such as fuel or oil pressure. The signal conditioning module allows the connection of remote sensors, such as thermocouples or position sensors, to the data recorder.
