COMP Cams offer mounting kits that enable you to mate GM LS3 coils (vertical mounting kit) and FAST XR-1A LS-style coils (horizontal mounting kit) to COMP's billet valve covers. Manufactured from steel and E-coated for durability and a sleek appearance, these brackets are lightweight in design and the perfect complement to COMP Cams billet valve covers. Built to keep the coils off the engine to avoid dangerous "heat soak" conditions, they also allow for quick and easy access to the plug wires and coil harness. Moroso ignition coil mount brackets are designed for use with Moroso valve covers, but can be drilled to be used with other valve covers, or to remote-mount coils in a different location. These coil bracket kits may be used to relocate the LS coil between the top of the valve cover and the intake, and when used with Moroso valve covers, the valve cover can be removed and installed without disturbing the coils or brackets. Two versions are available: one for LS1/LS6 coils and the second for LS2, LS3, LS7, L92, L98, and L99 coils. The kits include black anodized aluminum brackets and hardware (one kit does one LS engine).
