EMAX Industrial Plus gas-powered piston compressors deliver overwhelming performance to meet the needs of the most demanding environments. Their pumps require less maintenance, service, and downtime—and all EMAX gas-powered compressors furnish the power needed at the jobsite, garage, or shop. These units have ASME-approved air receivers and custom-built engine stands that brace the platform of the tank, allow easy belt tightening, and significantly reduce vibration. Many competitors' pumps run at double the rpm of EMAX pumps because they are much smaller and must run fast to produce enough air. EMAX Industrial Plus pumps have solid cast iron cylinders, cylinder heads, crankcases, flywheels, crankshafts, and rebuildable, forged steel connecting rods. They have large roller bearings on the crankshaft ends for stability and long bearing life. Disc intake and exhaust valves are sealed by O-rings and can be removed without disturbing the head gaskets. Their OHV design provides excellent torque and fuel efficiency, quiet operation, and they're easy-to-use.
