Use brass sensors where you need a good reference to what pressure is being seen; e.g., reference/information of manifold pressure, not for ECU calibration. Stainless sensors should be used where you need exact details of the pressure; e.g., calibration/critical MAP sensor information for the ECU. These replacement sensors are used to monitor fuel, oil, and wastegate pressure, as well as nitrous bottle and brake pressure (application dependent). Available options include black composite or stainless steel body construction and with or without a mating plug kit. FuelTech fuel pressure sensors are also available in several psi ratings, so choose the version best suited for your vehicle's style and application.
