AEM Electronics PSIG sensor kits feature high-quality sealed housings for maximum durability. They have an integral weatherproof connector for an easy plug-in installation. Kits are available for boost, exhaust gas temperature, nitrous oxide, brake pressure, inlet air temperature, or UEGO replacement gauges. PSIG sensor kits are offered in brass or stainless steel. Use brass sensors where you need a good reference to what pressure is being seen; e.g., reference/information of manifold pressure, not for ECU calibration. Stainless sensors should be used where you need exact details of the pressure; e.g., calibration/critical MAP sensor information for the ECU. Features include: * Stainless steel sensors are accurate to within 1-percent of full scale (pressure sensors) * Brass sensors accurate to within 3-percent of full scale (pressure sensors) * High-quality sealed sensor housings are virtually impervious to automotive fluids (360-degree welded wetted area) * Connector, pins, and pin lock included

AEM Electronics offers high-quality stainless steel PSIa sensor kits in 15 (1 BAR), 30 (2 BAR), 50 (3.5 BAR), 75 (5 BAR) and 100 (7 BAR). PSIa is referenced to absolute zero—the pressure measurement when all the pressure exerted by the atmosphere has been removed. The most common use for absolute pressure sensors is reading manifold pressure. PSIa sensors are required if you wish to measure vacuum. A PSIa sensor will read about 14.7 psi when the sensing element is exposed to atmospheric pressure at sea level; however, they can be recalibrated to read zero at atmospheric, and a negative number at values less than atmospheric pressure.

AMS remote oil pressure sending unit lines allow you to safely mount your aftermarket unit away from vibration while protecting against abrasion and corrosion. Traditional tuners that mount SUs directly to the oil filter housing provide an easy mounting solution, but the excessive vibration—especially at high rpms—can cause a failed or broken sensor leading to a rapid oil leak that can quickly ruin bearings and cause engine failure. AMS Performance remote oil pressure sending unit lines get built to last and prolong system life while looking great!
