And, steel being harder than aluminum, you can rest assured that there is no intermittent engagement with the gear or fluctuation in readings. The bullets include an O-ring and internal lip seal. Holley EFI tachometer input conditioners help stabilize noisy tach inputs to your 7 in. standalone digital dash. If the rpm on the dash reads erratically, these conditioners will eliminate "jittery" signals when using points/tach pin B5 to provide rpm to the standalone digital dash.
