Dakota Digital HDX direct-fit analog gauge systems feature the latest in aftermarket automotive instrumentation technology. Doing an early GM transmission swap means recreating the high frequency rate that allows your ECM to receive the signals for proper operation. These Dakota Digital pulse generators are direct replacements for the stock GM internal speed sensors with 128,000 pulses per minute. With a standard female 7/8 in. thread-on fitting, they fit all GM transmissions with a mechanical speedometer cable outlet.
