Doug Thorley header gaskets are custom-made from a high-temperature material that withstands heat up to 1,200 degrees F. It is imperative that you use a gasket for a guaranteed seal every time, and these are some of the toughest out there. They feature Fel-Pro Performance exhaust header gaskets made from high-temperature, high-density fiber material around a perforated steel core for durability and heat resistance. To provide a tight seal, we include Stage 8's Grade 8 locking header bolts. They use a patented system that consists of a grooved hex head bolt, a retainer, and a snap clip.
