Mr. Gasket Ultra-Seal exhaust gaskets are designed and constructed to improve the sealing of exhaust header flanges. Unlike standard exhaust gasket material, Ultra-Seal gaskets incorporate a graphite-impregnated facing and a steel-expanded metal core that reinforces and increases their tensile strength. This allows the gaskets to conform to warped flanges, giving them better sealing capabilities without deteriorating or cracking under the excessive heat and pressure that's common in exhaust systems. Ultra-Seal gaskets are available for a wide range of port styles and sizes. We have put together these Summit Racing™ exhaust gasket and bolts Pro Packs to ensure a leakproof seal for your headers. They feature Fel-Pro Performance exhaust header gaskets made from high-temperature, high-density fiber material around a perforated steel core for durability and heat resistance. To provide a tight seal, we include Stage 8's Grade 8 locking header bolts. They use a patented system that consists of a grooved hex head bolt, a retainer, and a snap clip. The retainer fits over the bolt head and locks the bolt against the header tube, and the snap clip holds the retainer in place.
