Aeromotive PTFE stainless braided fuel lines are ideal for street and racing applications where E85, gasoline, or methanol compatible fuel hose is needed. The stainless outer braid provides impact and abrasion resistance to protect the PTFE inner liner. These liners are specially carbonized for conductivity, which is critical for fuel handling. The fuel lines provide outstanding flow capacity; they're smaller on the O.D. for the same I.D. of a comparable rubber braided line for easier routing in tight spaces. The lines deliver extended service life in any fuel, as they will not harden, micro-fracture, or permeate fuel vapor (vapor-walk) like normal rubber braided line—minimizing fuel smell in the vehicle storage area. Holley power steering hard lines offer a clearance solution. The pressure hose connection on the Type II power steering pump is really close to the pulley making it difficult to attach the hose. Holley power steering hard lines move the connection behind and below the pump for clearance and improved appearance. The special banjo bolt and crush washers provide additional clearance. Holley also includes a mounting bracket that makes the hardline stronger and less likely to crack from vibration or abuse. The kits are made from strong steel and zinc plated.
