Radium Engineering submersible fuel tubing is commonly used for plumbing in-tank submerged fuel pumps. The flexible convoluted tubing is manufactured from polyamide nylon and is resistant to all fuel types, including alcohol blends, such as E85. Radium tubing is suitable for EFI fuel pressure and available in two inner diameters and four lengths. Stainless steel clamps are included with each, and all tubes are translucent white except the 8.2 in. which are opaque black. Additional features, benefits, and specs: * Available I.D. of 5/16 in. (8mm) and 3/8 in. (10mm) * Available lengths: 12.8 in., 6.5 in., 17.7 in., and 8.2 in. * When installing, run hot water over the ends first to loosen the material, allowing the tubing to fit snugly over the barb * Torque the re-useable stainless steel SAE J1508 clamps to 13.3 lbs./in. * Clamps provide a 360 degree seal with rolled edges to protect the tubing * Working pressure: 300 psi * Burst pressure: 450 psi

These Gator brand clamps from COMP Cams are produced using a stainless steel continuous band with extruded, asymmetrical threads for reliable performance. The edges of the band are rolled to prevent them from damaging the hose. This is especially important on silicone hoses that have a soft, vulnerable cover. An asymmetrical (offset) gear box is designed to remain stationery as the clamps are tightened to prevent movement over the hose. The combination of the asymmetrical gear box and the extruded threads provides an even clamping force over the surface of the hose that ensures proper sealing with minimal torque. Gator brand clamps hold up to 3.7 ft.-lbs. (5 Nm) of torque; conventional clamps strip and fail at this torque. Gator brand clamps can be installed using a flat blade screwdriver, a metric socket wrench, or the Gator brand flexible clamp tool for maximum torque potential.
