These 1.75 in. O.D. spindles are crafted from 1018 steel and will offer endless possibilities for your fabrication needs. Simply weld the swiveling hinge to your bumper to provide a pivot point that can support a carrier for your spare tire, fuel can, bike rack, or cooler. Be sure to support the floating side of your swing-out with a sturdy latch to maximize the life of your carrier. Trail-Gear swing-out spare tire carrier spindles are available with or without rotation locking hardware that allows the swing-out to be locked into place while loading and unloading cargo.
