Stainless Works CNC Mandrel-Bent Exhaust Systems
Stainless Works CNC mandrel-bent exhaust systems are the simply the best for improving your vehicle's performance, sound, and mileage. Made of high-grade 304 stainless steel, they offer an array of options to unleash more torque and horsepower while delivering the sound your vehicle has been lacking. Most are designed to use factory hangers. Stainless Works not only offers their Factory Connect option that mates to a factory connection point, but also Performance Connect options for many models. Performance Connect gains more performance than factory connection points allow, and they require the installation of Stainless Works headers (sold separately) to gain the full performance benefit. Stainless Works also builds their mufflers entirely of stainless steel. They will never "burn in," "blow out," or change their tone—ever. Choose from a selection of universal or application-specific muffler designs, including turbo chambered (loud), chambered round (louder—can be reversed for an even more aggressive sound), and turbo S-tube (loudest—may be too aggressive for a daily driver). Stainless Works Header Flanges
Stainless Works offers replacement header flanges for a variety of vehicle, engine block, and cylinder head-style applications. Laser-cut from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel (to resist warping from high heat), these flanges hold the primary tubes to the exhaust ports on your cylinder heads. Whether building or updating your exhaust system, these components will facilitate a quality installation. Order the header flanges recommended for fitment with your setup.

Stainless Works Turbo Headers
Stainless Works turbo headers are fully TIG welded using 308 stainless steel weld-wire and are back purged to assure full penetration and to meet the rigors of the racing community. We make both up and forward as well as down and forward turbo headers for LS Motors, Small and Big Block Chevys and Small and Big Block Fords. We accept special orders for these headers with custom flanges and tubing sizes for those that wish to attain the utmost from single or dual turbo powered machines. Fabrication of a turbo system is extensive, but with the help of Stainless Works turbo headers, you can take one step out of the process!

Stainless Works Factory Connect Exhaust Systems
Stainless Works offers Factory Connect exhaust systems for a wide range of cars, trucks, and Jeeps. They're designed to improve sound and performance. The bolt-on systems connect to the factory manifolds or Stainless Works headers. You can select either a classic muscle car tone of a chambered muffler, or go for the extreme with S-Tube style mufflers. Components are built from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and TIG-welded at the company's state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio. Smooth mandrel pipe bends optimize exhaust flow. Factory Connect systems are available in a variety of styles (cat-back, rear axle-back, etc.), configurations, pipe sizes, tip styles, and more. Stainless Works Turbo Header Kits
Stainless Works offers turbo header kits for a variety of vehicles and applications—including fitment with AFR and Victor small block heads. In the "down and forward" turbo kits, the header flanges are made with 3/8 in. thick 304 stainless steel, and the tubing is .065 wall 304 stainless steel with 1 7/8 in. primaries and 3 in. slip-fit collectors. 3 in. V-band flanges and clamps are provided and welded on for both headers to crossover connections. Each complete system is TIG-welded and back purged for maximum performance. Kits contain headers, 3 in. x .065 wall 304 stainless steel crossover tube and 3/8 in. stainless steel turbo flange welded onto outlet. Also included: 7-gauge 304 stainless steel turbo mounting bracket, 1/4 in. thick aluminum motor plate, and 304 stainless steel downpipe with is coned from 5 in. to 4 in. diameter with a 90 degree bend and 12 in. minimum length leg on the outlet side. (Customer is required to provide 5 in. V-band flange for welding to inlet of downpipe.) Order the turbo header kit recommended for your vehicle.
