The new stainless steel manifolds offer several advantages over the cast iron versions, including increased durability, reduced weight, and improved corrosion resistance. The shorty tight-tuck design means you can route exhaust tubing close to your frame/floor pan for maximum ground clearance. Available in both natural cast (factory look) and polished, Hooker Blackheart LS swap exhaust manifolds include all the necessary hardware (gaskets, bolts, and flanges). Hooker Blackheart LS Turbo Exhaust Manifolds
Hooker BlackHeart LS turbo exhaust manifolds are the simple solution for adding a turbo to your muscle car. They're made from high-silicon-moly ductile iron and are much more durable than fabricated headers. They're available with a black or silver ceramic coated finish. These manifolds are part of a full line of LS swap components (i.e. motor mounts, swap oil pan, and accessory drive systems) and provide the building blocks needed to complete a custom turbo system for your GM LS engine. Additional details: * Designed for use with LS swap applications and components * 3 in. V-band outlet – 2.25 in. V-band crossover connections * Heat shield to protect heater hoses * Hardware included: Stainless steel V-band clamps, V-band flanges and header bolts * High-silicon-moly ductile iron construction provides durability and corrosion resistance * A turbo crossover tube is available for manifold connection (sold separately) * A universal crossover component kit is also available for custom applications (requires fabrication and welding)

They also incorporate a sealing dome and ships with a pair of 304 series stainless steel reducers to help route your exhaust system with more adjustment options than the competition--no more expensive GM gaskets needed to get you on the road. Patriot cast iron manifolds will fit many of their LS engine swaps. Finishes offered for Patriot cast iron manifolds: * Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating (MCTBC), which is polished with a vibratory finishing process that not only produces a high-luster aluminum appearance, but also compresses and activates the coating, which increases the surface hardness. The finish is 60 percent more corrosion resistant than an unpolished surface, easy to maintain, and will last for years under normal operation conditions. MCTBC also protects and extends the life of headers by creating a thermal barrier (heat-resistant up to 1,600 degrees F) that significantly lowers under hood temperatures and protects the substrate metal from thermal fatigue. * Hi-Temp black coating is an affordably priced alternative to their MCTBC. The headers are available with 1 3/4 in. or 1 7/8 in. primary tubes and 3 in. collectors—and tube geometry is designed for maximum clearance and hassle-free installation. Swap out that old iron and upgrade your overall performance with the Hooker Blackheart LS swap headers.
