These kits use either Hooker or Summit Turbo manifolds and crossovers to allow you to mount a T-4 turbine sized turbo on your LS based engine. BD Diesel Roadmaster CAT T6 exhaust manifolds are dependable 3-piece units constructed of thick walled, durable high-silicon ductile iron that will prevent cracking and help reduce future repair costs and down time. The manifolds have a Pulse exhaust flow design that directs energy to the dual volute turbine maximizing spooling response and bottom end power. The T6 mount allows for a variety of turbos to be installed including BD's own Roadmaster Turbo.

Replacing your stock exhaust manifold and up-pipes should be the first step in building a high performance exhaust system. Pacific Performance Engineering exhaust manifolds are co-designed by Honeywell (Garrett) and PPE, using CAD software to maximize flow characteristics. The included up-pipe bellows are high-flow, internally sleeved, and manufactured from 11-gauge, 0.120 in. wall aircraft-grade stainless steel with a 2 in. O.D. The exhaust manifolds are machined from high-silicon moly cast iron; feature built-in bosses; and are pre-drilled and tapped for a 1/8 in. NPT EGT sensor. PPE exhaust manifolds will help lower exhaust gas temperatures, reduce drive pressure, and accelerate turbo spool-up while maintaining reliability. Order the model recommended for your application.
