BD Diesel Roadmaster CAT T6 exhaust manifolds are dependable 3-piece units constructed of thick walled, durable high-silicon ductile iron that will prevent cracking and help reduce future repair costs and down time. The manifolds have a Pulse exhaust flow design that directs energy to the dual volute turbine maximizing spooling response and bottom end power. The T6 mount allows for a variety of turbos to be installed including BD's own Roadmaster Turbo.

Bully Dog exhaust manifolds provide a considerable upgrade from old stock manifolds, thanks to all of their notable features. Their high-flowing, state-of-the-art CAD design provides quicker turbo spool, higher power output, and more fuel economy for Class 8 engines. They feature ceramic coating inside and out to ensure engine heat is more extensively utilized to spin the turbo. This means the special metal alloy beneath the coating will absorb and radiate less heat—up to 300 degrees less coming off the manifolds. Bully Dog Exhaust Manifold Gaskets
Bully Dog exhaust manifold gaskets are direct replacements for those on your diesel engine. They feature a reinforced graphite design with stainless steel inner eyelets that prevent exhaust blow-by. This increases strength while preventing high-velocity erosion. The reinforced graphite allows for compression to provide a strong, constant seal between mating surfaces, and high-temperature endurance. They're also designed to be swapped without completely removing your exhaust manifold.
