Heatshield Products Lava Hot Rod Sleeves
Prevent vapor lock and shift cables from melting with Lava hot rod sleeves from Heatshield Products. The heat shields for fuel lines combine the best of two worlds, the flexibility of a rugged hot rod sleeve with the strength of lava rock fiber. Lava fiber is naturally acid, chemical, brake fluid, and chemical-resistant. Additionally, the fiber is 25 percent stronger than fiberglass and is abrasion-resistant. The special braid of these tube heat shield sleeves allows them to have an expandable inside diameter up to 15 percent. To expand the inside diameter, shorten the length or bunch up the Lava hot rod sleeve to allow it to slide on over fittings and terminals.
