Turbo-Guard titanium turbo blankets feature dual ceramic layers for more heat reduction and are double-stitched for added durability. Ceramic protects up to 2,500 degrees F and insulates much more than fiberglass or cheaper materials used inside cheap blankets. Additional notes: * Faster spool times * Decrease turbo lag * Working temperature 2,300 to 2,800 degrees F * Titan turbo blankets: Fiberglass shell / dual layer ceramic core * Black blankets: Carbon fiber shell / dual layer ceramic core (weighs 10 percent less) * Models available for T3, T4, and T6 style turbochargers
