In the "down and forward" turbo kits, the header flanges are made with 3/8 in. thick 304 stainless steel, and the tubing is .065 wall 304 stainless steel with 1 7/8 in. primaries and 3 in. slip-fit collectors. 3 in. V-band flanges and clamps are provided and welded on for both headers to crossover connections. Each complete system is TIG-welded and back purged for maximum performance.
