Doug's Headers has long been recognized of as one of the premiere exhaust header manufacturers in the performance industry. Since1958, they have been producing high-quality, hand-built, mandrel-bent exhaust headers. Each and every header is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove all of the exhaust from each cylinder, reducing pumping losses, and resulting in dramatic increases in horsepower and torque. Doug's headers are carefully developed on the vehicles that they are intended to fit and are re-checked numerous times during the design and manufacturing process. Their designs include mid-length headers, Tri-Y headers, and long tube headers, plus manifold replacement headers. Summit Racing™ split lock bolt kits put a new twist on the theory of mechanical locking fasteners. These innovative bolts use a locking set pin built into the bolt itself—and when tightened, the set pin expands the bolt threads against the thread wall. This, in turn, provides a locking system without having to use any additional wires, locking compounds, or lock washers. Mr. Gasket Header Installation Kits

These kits from Mr. Gasket are complete header gasket and fastener installation kits. Mr. Gasket was the first to incorporate slotted mounting bolt holes at the ends of each exhaust gasket. This allows the gasket to be installed without removing the header flange entirely from the cylinder head, making installation faster and easier. Premium Ultra-Seal exhaust and collector gaskets provide excellent heat resistance, and conform to and seal minor surface irregularities. These Lokar header tether systems are designed for multi-piece headers, and headers with removable collectors. They provide a secondary retaining device that will ensure that the attached collectors remain attached if the primary retaining device (most often a bolt or tab) fails. The systems allow racers to freely and easily change collectors at any time and are universal to fit a variety of applications.
