Ultimate Headers 321 Stainless Steel Headers

Ultimate Headers 321 Stainless Steel Headers integrate a cutting-edge, patented design, created specifically for maximum performance and minimal weight, with 3D-engineered flanges, and superior 321 stainless steel to deliver a unique combination of elegance and horsepower. Born in World War II for aircraft engine exhaust manifolds by adding titanium to basic nickel/chromium alloy steel, 321 stainless provides reduced weight, plus increased resistance to material fatigue and thermal cracking in high-heat environments. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) processes are used to create Ultimate Headers and the unique Ultimate Flanges with their signature, high-tech, ribbed reinforcements that reduce weight, improve flange cooling, and lessen heat-induced warpage; while providing the required clamping forces to eliminate leakage.
