American Racing Headers C7 Corvette headers are available with options that allow you to fine-tune your exhaust system to match your upgrades. ARH C7 systems set the bar for quality, performance, fit, and ease of installation. Options include a variety of primary sizes and your choice of X-pipe midsection diameters, ARH's exclusive X-pipe forward location (on select models), and severe-duty cats. Long systems end at the rear axle and are a direct fit to stock or aftermarket axle-back exhausts. ARH also offers mid-length header systems; a more emissions friendly option for C7s. Stage 8's Grade 8 locking header fasteners use a patented system that consists of a grooved hex-head bolt or nut, a retainer, and a snap clip. The retainer fits over the bolt head and locks the bolt against the header tube, and the snap clip holds the retainer in place. Once Stage 8 header fasteners are tightened down, they won't back out, eliminating leakage and blown header gaskets from loose bolts.

Summit Racing™ split lock bolt kits put a new twist on the theory of mechanical locking fasteners. These innovative bolts use a locking set pin built into the bolt itself—and when tightened, the set pin expands the bolt threads against the thread wall. This, in turn, provides a locking system without having to use any additional wires, locking compounds, or lock washers. To remove the split lock bolts, simply loosen the set pin and back out the fastener. They are available in a variety of thread sizes, for engine applications from the 1950s and up.

Backed by 40-plus years of knowledge and experience, Thorley headers are designed to outflow your stock exhaust manifolds. These headers increase gas mileage and give your engine more horsepower across the entire rpm range. Their design configuration builds the most power across the rpm range, which is great for everything from street/strip performance, to towing, to steep grades. To make these headers last, Thorley made them out of durable 14-gauge mild steel with 3/8 in. thick flanges and 5/16 in. collector rings or 13 gauge stainless steel with ½ in. thick flanges and topped them off with a good looking, nickel chrome plated finish or a high temperature ceramic coating. To prevent leaks, these headers have an O-ring welded into the flange, in addition to the high-temperature gasket provided. Stainless Works offers turbo header kits for a variety of vehicles and applications—including fitment with AFR and Victor small block heads. In the "down and forward" turbo kits, the header flanges are made with 3/8 in. thick 304 stainless steel, and the tubing is .065 wall 304 stainless steel with 1 7/8 in. primaries and 3 in. slip-fit collectors. 3 in. V-band flanges and clamps are provided and welded on for both headers to crossover connections. Each complete system is TIG-welded and back purged for maximum performance. Kits contain headers, 3 in. x .065 wall 304 stainless steel crossover tube and 3/8 in. stainless steel turbo flange welded onto outlet. For the price, no other part can give you the horsepower and fuel economy improvements of Hedman headers. They make Hedman Street headers so well that they guarantee them to be free from defects--including cracks in the tubes and welds--for the life of the headers. Hedman Street headers are available uncoated or in Black Maxx or their polished HTC thermal ceramic coated finishes and, as an added bonus, they also come with all necessary gaskets and mounting hardware. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer.
