Summit Racing™ LS conversion headers are made of 304 stainless steel and offer great quality, performance, and affordability. These will allow you to swap an LS into almost anything and provide more clearance than manifolds at the collectors. Our headers are mandrel bent, TIG-welded, and feature a polished stainless steel construction. Hooker has a reputation for building some of the best engineered and toughest exhausts available—and these long-tube headers live up to the hype. They're designed for optimized engine compartment fitment and include oxygen bungs for compatibility with EFI systems. These tough headers use 3/8 in. laser-cut flanges to keep from warping, TIG-welding, and flat finishing for a leak-proof seal and to maximize strength. They aren't compatible with stock manual transmission reverse lock-out linkage, aftermarket, custom linkage or cable drive set-up required to maintain mechanism operation. Doug's Headers
Doug's Headers has long been recognized of as one of the premiere exhaust header manufacturers in the performance industry. Since1958, they have been producing high-quality, hand-built, mandrel-bent exhaust headers. Each and every header is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove all of the exhaust from each cylinder, reducing pumping losses, and resulting in dramatic increases in horsepower and torque. Doug's headers are carefully developed on the vehicles that they are intended to fit and are re-checked numerous times during the design and manufacturing process. Their designs include mid-length headers, Tri-Y headers, and long tube headers, plus manifold replacement headers. Their headers come with all the necessary mounting hardware, collector reducers or connector pipes, premium extra-thick gaskets, and detailed installation instruction sheets. The gaskets are rated up to 1100 degrees F, pressures to 3700 psig (255 bar), and are designed for an exact port match with their headers. Doug's Headers offer a choice of finishes: * Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating (MCTBC), which is polished with a vibratory finishing process that not only produces a high-luster aluminum appearance, but also compresses and activates the coating, which increases the surface hardness. The finish is 60 percent more corrosion resistant than an unpolished surface, easy to maintain, and will last for years under normal operation conditions. MCTBC also protects and extends the life of headers by creating a thermal barrier that significantly lowers under hood temperatures and protects the substrate metal from thermal fatigue. * Hi-Temp black coating is an affordably priced alternative to their MCTBC. This finish provides good corrosion and heat protection when compared to many of the "cheaper" header finishes being applied by our competitors. * Raw steel is available for individual customizing Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.

Mr. Gasket Header Bolts
Installing headers can sometimes be a real pain, due to the tight spaces and the location and shape of the tubes. Mr. Gasket can help make installation a little easier and also help prevent annoying exhaust leaks from under-tightened header bolts. They have both the socket-head and hex-head styles of header bolts available. Hex types are heat-treated Grade 5 steel and have smaller-than-standard heads to ease access in tight spaces. Socket-head bolts are made from stronger Grade 8 steel for added ruggedness and they're great for those really difficult-to-reach spots. Both styles have a protective black oxide finish.

Mr. Gasket Header Installation Kits
These kits from Mr. Gasket are complete header gasket and fastener installation kits. Mr. Gasket was the first to incorporate slotted mounting bolt holes at the ends of each exhaust gasket. This allows the gasket to be installed without removing the header flange entirely from the cylinder head, making installation faster and easier. Premium Ultra-Seal exhaust and collector gaskets provide excellent heat resistance, and conform to and seal minor surface irregularities. Mr. Gasket header and collector bolts provide the proper clamp-load to seal flange mating surfaces. All gaskets and fasteners necessary for header installation are included.
