Proform wedge-locking collector bolts are permanently assembled with two pairs of unique locking washers. These washers feature super-hardened teeth on the outer surfaces that bite into both the bolt head bottoms and the flange top surfaces when tightened. They further increase their locking power with interfacing, matching cams that cause a wedge-locking action. This means any bolt-loosening vibrations will actually secure the bolt even more by causing further constriction between the washers.
