Summit Racing™ is proud to offer Ecoboost turbo manifolds for the Gen 1 3.5L Ecoboost engines. The factory manifolds are known for warping, cracking, and then leaking when used under heavy loads. Our upgraded stainless manifolds are much heavier than the lightweight factory versions and they flow better which improves exhaust flow and lowers back pressure, allowing the turbos to spool quicker. Since they must be replaced you might as well gain some power and mileage. Pacific Performance Engineering Exhaust Manifolds

Replacing your stock exhaust manifold and up-pipes should be the first step in building a high performance exhaust system. Pacific Performance Engineering exhaust manifolds are co-designed by Honeywell (Garrett) and PPE, using CAD software to maximize flow characteristics. The included up-pipe bellows are high-flow, internally sleeved, and manufactured from 11-gauge, 0.120 in. wall aircraft-grade stainless steel with a 2 in. O.D. The exhaust manifolds are machined from high-silicon moly cast iron; feature built-in bosses; and are pre-drilled and tapped for a 1/8 in. NPT EGT sensor. PPE exhaust manifolds will help lower exhaust gas temperatures, reduce drive pressure, and accelerate turbo spool-up while maintaining reliability. Order the model recommended for your application.
