Pacific Performance Engineering replacement high-flow up-pipes allow as much as 53 percent more flow than stock pipes, and they're a direct bolt-on to your factory manifolds. Diesel engines, even stock, produce high temperatures and pressures. OEM up-pipes eventually fail from constant temperature and pressure fluctuation. Unlike factory parts, these OE replacement high-flow up-pipes are manufactured from 11-gauge 304 stainless steel. They include internally-sleeved bellows that can take the abuse of high temperature and high pressure. Order the model recommended for your application.

Funk Motorsports offers turbo heat shields for a wide range of (universal) applications, as well as vehicle-specific models for select BMW, Honda, Ford, and Subaru vehicles from 2002 and up. These turbo and/or turbo wastegate thermal blankets work to insulate the hot side and retain the heat within the exhaust gasses themselves. Hotter gasses accelerate faster, leading to them leaving the system sooner—improving spool up and throttle response. Insulating the turbo also helps to lower the amount of heat that dissipates into the engine bay and intake pipework. A cooler intake results in higher performance and more consistent power figures over time. The 4-layer shields are offered in three finishes: titanium twill, carbon fiber twill, and inside out (for turbos in contact with a heat source). Additional details: * Inside-out blankets have internal material mirrored on the outside, as well * Available for a variety of turbocharger and wastegate styles * A turbo is an absolute furnace within the engine bay. Excess heat produced by the turbo can cause devastation to surrounding sensitive components. Protect anything from oil lines, coolant lines, electronics, and even bodywork positioned close to the turbo from the dangers of excess heat * Funk shields feature specifically developed thread construction to allow for exceptional durability when removal is necessary for routine turbo maintenance. The new fireproof ultra-high temperature stainless steel thread is around 1mm in diameter and can now remain highly durable with temperatures in excess of 1,300 degrees C * New, thicker internal heat lagging insulation provides up to 3x improved heat reduction. This insulation wool is created from a ceramic silica complex matting to improve durability over prolonged heat cycles, as well as insulation quantities * ROHS tested and approved to ensure compliance and desired parameters * NOTE: Turbo blankets are not flammable. However, if any flammable fluids are introduced into close proximity of the blanket, the blanket could become a suitable ignition source for a flame to be produced. Please ensure that all necessary precautions are taken in regard to the appropriate maintenance of all oil and fuel lines and fittings surrounding the turbo charger and fuel injection system. Funk Motorsports takes no responsibility for fluid contamination their products.

Custom-fit DEI Titanium turbo shields provide the ultimate means of reducing turbo lag, while serving as superior heat barriers. They shield and protect engine components, hoods, and painted surfaces and offer a very cool carbon fiber look. Made from pulverized volcanic rock and then strained into a fiber material, Titanium turbo shields can withstand direct heat up to 1,800 degrees F and radiant heat up to 2,500 degrees F. This means retaining more heat in the turbine and less damaging underhood heat. The results are a cooler air intake temperature and a boost in horsepower! Stronger and more durable than other turbo blankets or shields, DEI Titanium turbo shields include high-temperature rated silica insulation padding under a tight outer layer for extra-added protection against extreme turbo-generated heat.

COBB Tuning turbo blankets not only look cool under the hood of your vehicle, but they also offer multiple benefits that can be found on both sides of the blanket. Obviously, they help prevent the turbo from heat soaking neighboring components in the engine bay, but the real magic happens on the underside. With a turbo blanket installed, the turbo RPM acceleration improves, which leads to faster turbo spool and being able to achieve peak torque more quickly. This insulation also helps reduce heat-related wear, potentially improving the longevity of the turbocharger and other engine parts. Order the blanket designed for your make/model. Key features and benefits: * Turbo blankets are constructed with a fragmentized fire-retardant volcanic rock outer layer * Turbo blanket insulates the turbine housing, and act as a shield, preventing the high heat from the turbo from dissipating into the engine bay and damaging sensitive components like rubber and plastic hoses, wiring, and painted surfaces * Designed to limit the amount of heat that is transferred from your turbocharger to your engine bay, as well as keeping hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density * By limiting the amount of transferred heat can help extend the life of underhood components, decrease intake temps, and improve the response from your car

Go Fast Bits offers Mach 2 TMS Recirculating Diverter Valves for a variety of vehicles. It's the simple and essential modification for 30 percent quicker boost—utilizing proven TMS (Turbo Management System) technology to ensure dependable boost holding and optimum throttle response. If you don't need the patented venting bias adjustment feature of the Respons or Deceptor Pro, the Mach 2 is your answer. It's configured as a 100 percent recirculating valve (i.e. bypass, plumb back), and add-on kits are also available to convert to 100 percent atmosphere venting. Use the recirc model for direct factory replacement when you want the performance without the noise—or add the conversion kit when you want some noise with your performance! Factory bypass valves have two main shortcomings: they're typically designed to start opening above a certain pressure to protect the engine, and they're not optimized for throttle response. And you can't vent them to atmosphere without stalling your engine. The Mach 2 solves all of these issues. It can effectively hold unlimited boost (unlimited in that no turbo could ever produce enough pressure to damage it), and the TMS technology ensures maximum throttle response. And you CAN vent with the atmo conversion to atmosphere without stalling your engine. Product notes: * Recirculation model for direct factory replacement for performance without the noise * Atmosphere venting kits to convert the recirculating valve if you want noise with your performance * Like the Respons and Deceptor Pro II, the Mach 2 is available in a range of bolt-on kits for most popular turbo models * No additional adaptors, parts or vehicle modifications are required—simply remove the factory bypass valve and replace it with the Mach 2; it's that simple!

Go Fast Bits' DVX takes the extremely popular DV+ diverter valve and adds dual venting outlets, along with GFB's patented venting bias adjustment system. So, not only do you get improved boost holding and throttle response, you have total control over your blow-off sound volume! The DVX is not just a noise maker (like BOV spacers); by modifying the valve operation method, it offers the same performance benefits that the DV+ does. It retains ECU control for the fastest possible operation. No other blow-off valve has the advantage of GFB's venting bias adjustment, allowing you to alter the blow-off sound simply by moving the adjustment lever. GFB's DV+ design solves the longevity and boost leaking issues that are common with factory diverter valves, and also changes the operation method to "pilot actuation" to ensure better performance on stock or modified engines. Furthermore, these benefits won't cost you a fortune! Rather than throwing the entire factory diverter valve system in the trash (like other manufacturer's "solutions"), the DV+ keeps what works and replaces what doesn't. Order the model recommended for your vehicle.
