Eddie Marine EMI Thunder 496 Chevy exhaust manifolds deliver exceptional performance at affordable prices. They're constructed from the highest strength 356 aluminum that is heat-treated to a T-6 condition after it is cast. The manifolds are then hardcoat anodized—a process that thickens and toughens the naturally occurring protective oxide in the aluminum—to prevent corrosion of all surfaces, including the internal water passages. (Polished manifolds have no corrosion-resistant coating.) Eddie Marine EMI Thunder 496 Chevy exhaust manifolds feature superior runner designs and port separation.
