DEI titanium exhaust wrap with LR technology is constructed from pulverized lava rock, extruded into fibers, and then woven into a tight weave, giving it titanium-like strength and toughness. The improvement in thermal protection helps to reduce underhood temperatures, resulting in cooler air intake for improved performance. And less heat in the engine bay means less chance of heat soak conditions on vital underhood components. Typical glass fiber wrap is rated at handling 1,200 degrees F of maximum direct heat, while DEI's titanium wrap, using LR technology, is capable of handling direct continuous heat up to 1,800 degrees F and radiant heat up to 2,800 degrees F. And because it's pliable, there's no need to wet the wrap when wrapping headers or pipes, as many do in order to make the wrapping process easier to manage and to get a tight wrap. Titanium wrap will not shrink, and because of its material structure, it is more resistant to temperature and vibration breakdown, abrasions, chemical and hot oil spills than glass fiber wrap. Plus, DEI titanium wrap offers a very cool carbon fiber look as an added feature!

Custom-fit DEI Titanium turbo shields provide the ultimate means of reducing turbo lag, while serving as superior heat barriers. They shield and protect engine components, hoods, and painted surfaces and offer a very cool carbon fiber look. Made from pulverized volcanic rock and then strained into a fiber material, Titanium turbo shields can withstand direct heat up to 1,800 degrees F and radiant heat up to 2,500 degrees F. This means retaining more heat in the turbine and less damaging underhood heat. The results are a cooler air intake temperature and a boost in horsepower! Stronger and more durable than other turbo blankets or shields, DEI Titanium turbo shields include high-temperature rated silica insulation padding under a tight outer layer for extra-added protection against extreme turbo-generated heat.

COBB Tuning turbo blankets not only look cool under the hood of your vehicle, but they also offer multiple benefits that can be found on both sides of the blanket. Obviously, they help prevent the turbo from heat soaking neighboring components in the engine bay, but the real magic happens on the underside. With a turbo blanket installed, the turbo RPM acceleration improves, which leads to faster turbo spool and being able to achieve peak torque more quickly. This insulation also helps reduce heat-related wear, potentially improving the longevity of the turbocharger and other engine parts. Order the blanket designed for your make/model. Key features and benefits: * Turbo blankets are constructed with a fragmentized fire-retardant volcanic rock outer layer * Turbo blanket insulates the turbine housing, and act as a shield, preventing the high heat from the turbo from dissipating into the engine bay and damaging sensitive components like rubber and plastic hoses, wiring, and painted surfaces * Designed to limit the amount of heat that is transferred from your turbocharger to your engine bay, as well as keeping hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density * By limiting the amount of transferred heat can help extend the life of underhood components, decrease intake temps, and improve the response from your car

Patriot full-length chassis and fenderwell headers provide the ultimate in performance for street rods and musclecars with high performance engines. The key is their use of long primary tubes, which results in more horsepower and torque than those from the competition. Other features include a close fit with the engine block for maximum chassis and steering clearance, mandrel-bent tubing, and new gaskets and bolts. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom-altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment. Finishes available are: * Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating (MCTBC), which is polished with a vibratory finishing process that not only produces a high-luster aluminum appearance, but also compresses and activates the coating, which increases the surface hardness. The finish is 60 percent more corrosion resistant than an unpolished surface, easy to maintain, and will last for years under normal operation conditions. MCTBC also protects and extends the life of headers by creating a thermal barrier (heat-resistant up to 1,600 degrees F) that significantly lowers under hood temperatures and protects the substrate metal from thermal fatigue. * Hi-Temp black coating is an affordably priced alternative to their MCTBC. This finish provides good corrosion and heat protection when compared to many of the "cheaper" header finishes being applied by our competitors. * Raw steel is available for individual customizing
